Been watching Arnold on some obscure channel recently hence my sudden interest in pastels and a comment at work..As ever would appreciate any comments.

This is actually Bill Marley, someone who has a passing resemblance to the great Bob Marley !
You may never have heard of Bill Marley as he only exists in my imagination in order to explain why this doesn't look too much like Bob.
