Flower in a vase
I'm sure this has been on my blog sometime before but I have just put it on my Daily Paintworks site so thought I'd give it another run out here.

Pencil sketch of Andy Warhol
Needed a confidence boost and so went back to what I know with a simple pencil sketch. No idea why I chose Mr Warhol, I have a book called , 'icons' that I specifically bought to give me some good reference material and this photo simply jumped out at me tonight.
The photographer is believed to be Victor Bockris.

Two seascapes
A couple of seascapes, the top one is like a Turner inspired one that I think I did from an Alwyn Crawshaw book, the bottom one is just one from my imagination. I did these about ten months ago but forgot to upload them or I decided not to !

Misty forest after Tim Gagnon
This is a painting inspired by Tim Gagnon, his work is brilliant especially his clouds.
It's also one of the biggest paintings I've ever done at 24x18 inches in size.

Autumn fun
This time of year (in the UK I hasten to add) is the autumnal season and time to get wrapped up and give all those leaves a good old kicking preferably not immediately after someone has spent all afternoon sweeping them up though !

Sophia on the beach
This is a larger version of an earlier drawing that I did whilst on holiday in Rhodes recently. I gave the first drawing to Sophia's parents as a thank you for allowing me to draw her. This is on my daily Paintworks site for sale.
This measures 14" x 11" and is a pure graphite 4b stick on Daler Rowney 65lb paper.

Retiring chap
This is a draft poster I'm doing for a chief inspector that is retiring soon.
He spent some of his career on traffic hence the transition between the Morris Minor and the suped up version.
I'm probably being a little unkind with the age of the Morris Minor I'm sure they didn't really have them when he joined.....well maybe not !
